People love that experience.
And so it's a whole world of difference.
And I always use the example of equating it when you first were introduced to your first iPhone.
You didn't say, oh, this is just a better flip phone.
You said, wow, this is a whole different experience.
And when people use wayfinding,
which is our next generation capability that does benefits navigation, clinical guidance, and care delivery all in one, all on your phone, all instantly.
When you experience that, people say this is how healthcare should be, not, wow, this is a better navigator.
They don't even use that word anymore.
We've
completely change that.
And now, frankly, the legacy navigators are, first, they went through the stage of denial.
Hey, you really want to talk to a person.
And it's like a bank saying, you don't really want to use that app or that ATM.
You want to talk to a person.
And people said, not really.
So first it was denial.
Then it was, we're going to do the same thing they're going to do.
And the problem is in the world of AI today, you need a few things.
One, you need the commitment and vision of what you're going to do.
