In some of the more on-prem solutions like Azure Local, Outpost, you see more interest in Google, DC, GDC.

You start to see more interest in those tools.

They've even become more amenable to allowing you to have your own storage that will connect to these things on-prem, your site.

They never wanted any of that.

It was either all them or go away, right?

All of a sudden, they're playing a lot more nicely with customer on-prem stuff.

This is all...

Great.

But from a storage guy, it's not as simple as it used to be from a connectivity perspective.

It's not as easy as LAN or backend storage networks.

That was all we really used to care about.

Now that data is getting moved out to all these different hybrid clouds.

And now you add the NeoClouds.

that you're also going to be sending data to, perhaps for inference, for agentic, pre or post-training, all that stuff.

So you need to understand how this private interconnectivity works.

This is where Equinix lives.

We are the center of that world that has the most possibilities to connect to all of these things, neoclouds, public clouds.

And that's kind of how I got to Equinix was I realized by missing that dimension, I happened to have a meeting with Equinix at a customer the week after that experience and heard their Equinix fabric pitch.

And I'm like, I see something here.

This is what I think I've been missing.
