I mean, when we have a Constitution that requires mandates that a president take care to faithfully execute the laws of the country,
And the Supreme Court says, no, a president can violate the laws of the country with impunity and immunity.
You know, I have.
forever quoted one of our preeminent constitutional scholars, Yale Law Professor Akhil Reed Amar, when he said that the Supreme Court in the presidential immunity case ruled that the Constitution is unconstitutional.
So I agree with you.
All bets are off, except on paper, including the paper on which our Constitution is written, right?

Because you have at least two Supreme Court justices who are no longer honest brokers of the facts, the law or the Constitution.
That would be, you know, Sammy the Bull, Alito and Clarence Thomas.

These guys have made clear that they are going to hand down ideologically driven decisions and, you know, express language of the Constitution.
Be damned.
But you know what I'm really heartened by?
The last three Supreme Court rulings on due process and what it means and who's entitled to it, the votes in the Supreme Court were 9-0, 7-2, and 7-2.
They're on a little bit of a justice roll, and I hope that that justice ball continues to gather speed and mass and momentum as Donald Trump's abuse of the Constitution continues
ratchets up this is not sustainable the way donald trump is governing more accurately trying to rule over the country and i think the supreme court will recognize it even if we have to write off the vote of two justices ah well there you go glenn i i i love your plain spokenness uh and you know you we're we're on digital now we're on social we can say those words
