We have to follow it to the letter.
Let me hasten to add, Don, there are some judges who have said, you know, I think I have.
the inherent authority in my supervisory capacity over the grand jury to order the release under exceptional circumstances when there may be some searing public interest or reason to disclose it.
But that's not in the rules.
That's judges kind of going a little bit rogue.
I'm not mad at them because usually it's the prosecutors who are the ones asking for the release.
So this issue has never bubbled up.

But what I can tell everybody is the judge may very well look at Pam Bondi's motion and say, come on, Pam, you know that I don't even have the authority under the rules to release grand jury materials.
So what does that hand to Donald Trump?
The argument, oh my gosh, do you see what the judge just did?
I wanted the stuff released.
And the judge said, no, that judge must be a radical left-wing lunatic.
Right.
This is the game he's playing.
