But having a cushion in retirement is important as well.
Again, some of the things we've talked about, replacement costs, relatives in need, it's hard to anticipate those things.
That was a nice thing to see in that study.
And it's certainly a study that people might want to check out.
It's called Shocks and the Unexpected at SOA.org.
That's the Society of Actuaries.
And it found that even when people do get hit with some of these bills, that their retirees are resilient.
They make adjustments to their spending and they work their way through it.
