Don't think that you can't do a postnuptial agreement.
If you didn't do a prenup, I had a girlfriend and I said, do a postnuptial.
Make sure that everybody understands that both of your names are going to be on the house, but you're putting down 70% of the down payment.
He's putting down 30% of the down payment.
So if anything ever happens and you have to divide it, you want to make sure that you get back the percentage that you've put into it.
If you're the one making all the renovations and you're the one paying for all of the repairs and you guys are keeping your money separate, you want to make sure that when it comes down to dividing it, that it's not 50-50.
