All the other shit like Delta 8, that's like synthetic and bullshit.

But the loophole right now, like there's shit if you go to a dispensary in California and you go buy a product off a shelf and you get it tested right now.

There's probably a good like 40 to 50 percent of those products that by definition would be legally hemp and like you can shit.

As far as loophole, that's a great loophole.

But with that being said, I still am not like that against it getting closed because like it's pretty bad out there, bro.

For every one like solid product you can buy in the hemp market right now, there's probably five more that are like borderline poison.

So there's no testing and oversight in any hemp products.

The only thing you have to do to prove that it's hemp is get a lab test done on the batch itself.

But there's no authority that's coming in and actually double checking that.
