So teaching the brain is not just to know about the biology of your brain.
It's to know how to use your brain.
How do I change the way I'm thinking?
How do I change my environment?
When they realize that their brain that they have there is not like anybody else's, it's their brain and they own it.
Then they get to know that they can actually not just shake hands with it as a friend, but they can actually change the way things are happening.
So that's why they learn to breathe and they learn to focus.
That's how they learn when we have the happiness of giving of kindness, you know, and also gratitude journaling.
Things where it happens in the classroom sounds like a lightweight thing.
It's not.
It changes the neurons and how they fire.
And when you start building small children whose brains are actually developing, you're helping them develop brain fitness.
And that's what we want.
We want resilience.
We want children to be caring of each other, aware.
They want kids to be self-aware so they know that if they do something this way, it might have a repercussion in another way.
create critical thinking where they're thinking critically about whether to do something or not, or how to solve a problem.
I mean, it's an amazing, simple way of learning how to manage your own brain and your own outcome, therefore your own reality.
So this happened how many years ago, right?
And I've been putting teachers in classrooms and I'm putting the program, whatever, and it's been great, but the scaling of it.
