And I don't think Matt ever managed to convince the majority to his way of thinking.

Um and I said this before, Matt, I I think

I think he had a really fun and really interesting way of playing the game.

We I really liked how he his vision for how we played the game.

I think where he struggled was his ability to get his message across and convince players well not to convince them, but just to get them understand what he wanted from them.

And I don't think he he he got that.

I sorry, I'm gonna draw a very, very loose dotted line between say uh what Ulster have done now and say addressing a weakness of say potentially with the all blacks out where they came unstuck against uh South Africa.

So you go back to where Ulster Ulster lost up front uh against Montpellier last year in the challenge comp.

They just got every time Montpellier got close to the line, just that physical ability was in.

So they've made signings to try and

Address that and to right size it.

Would it be enough to get through a challenge cup final now?

Maybe, yeah.

If with uh a little bit of luck and keeping those bodies fresher and uh everybody saying injury free.

But I think what's important is they've gone out and gone and they've been allowed, go, okay.

Well, we can we have they have signed who they've signed, and I think that will go a long way over the course of the season.

Though that just big South African loss.

Lock players like that, they just yeah, they just use that grunt work that needs that needs to be done.

Tackles, grums, line outs, it reinforces the platform that exciting uh game plan needs.

A lot of uh promise in behind what they're doing, but then proof will be in the put in the pudding.
