So it's nonsense.

And, you know, I don't think I think Nick Barry could have been stronger with it.

I think he could have gone straight for a red as well.

Okay, so the opening kind of 10, 12 minutes, like when it was 14-7, you looked at the game and you looked at the stats and it was all New Zealand, yet Ireland were in the game.

So you're kind of going, okay, Ireland are

really determined team at half time so now we have to have the absolute brain fart of trying to run the ball out of your own 22 when there was nothing to suggest that there was an opportunity to do that so that game management that seeing that opportunity and I'm going to be brutal with who I this falls on Sam Prendergast he's driving that why is he controlling that why is he suggesting or letting that happen

It's incredibly poor game management after scoring a try, just blown away with that.

And that just undoes all of the good work that they've done, runs out the 10 minutes in bin, and then New Zealand score again before half-time.

And the game just gets away from Ireland at that point.

What I liked about the second half was, when they came out, the bench came on, I thought Jansen was very good.

But the defence...

Whatever they organised at half-time, the changes they made at the breakdown, I think was probably a lot to do with how Nick Berry was reffing the breakdown.

They made some changes at half-time and I would say they got the measure of New Zealand attack in the second half, predominantly, the defence.

I do think the breakdown and I think I did think it needed adjustment a little bit at halftime and whatever adjustments they made I think played out in the like what was it 25 plus phases in around 70 minutes where they defended and they got a turnover

that was a great example of the of just the of the doggedness in defence and the determination and they really frustrated New Zealand so I do think I think it'd be unfair to say they just weren't ready in the first half you can't be ready for something you haven't trained or played against so you would like them to be a little bit better but

I would say that we gifted them seven points that really deflated the Irish efforts.

So when you think that kind of five minutes post Will Jordan's walk in, Ireland were kind of at, they were struggling for just anything.

And then New Zealand scored again, but they came out stronger in the second half.

So it was a real mixed bag.

across the board, I don't think we really stressed them in attack, which is probably the other side of it.
