Let's be honest.
Look, I know there'll be people out there, typical, don't like the way he goes about it.
He's a doer.
He's formations.
They don't like his formations.
He's loyal to all these players, which is a total myth.
Because if you look at the squads and how many people he's changed over the years,
but his track record is excellent yeah of course it is it's absolutely excellent and I keep going back to it the most important thing that the SFL look at is
We have got good quality players that play with top clubs that earn big, big money, big reputations.
So they've got to buy into the manager.
And I think every single one that has gone over to America, the World Cup squad, buy into everything he does.
And I think that's a big factor as well because the SFA know the players are right behind them.
They'd be delighted.
They'd get a boost from that.
Yes, you will have your doubters.
I've not got a problem with that because everybody does...
Sometimes it's even the same as club management.
You think he's not the right guy or yes, come on and back him.
Me personally, I'm happy with it because my big question is quite simple.
