So then I got a phone call from Edward Enning from OBE, who went into British vote as editor-in-chief.
He called me and he said, Grace, Anna Wintour wants to talk to you.
Can I just hear your number?
I was like, okay.
And he goes, you know what this is about?
I'm like, no, kind of.
And he said, they're looking for a new editor-in-chief.
We put you forward.
I was like,
Fuck me.
At that point, I was like thinking, wow, one of the most powerful title in the world.
I'm going to edit into Vogue China.
So then she called me.
Zoom called.
Straight away, she said to me, what are you doing in Perth?
We're looking for a new editor-in-chief for Vogue China.
