inspired him to go retrain as a nutritionist because he was a bit unsure what to do.

And we got to talk nutrition and he said he was fascinated how what you eat could change everything.

And he's had a really successful career.

And I've got, when I mentioned that I'm doing some work on head injuries in rugby.

Well, that's been led by a former Super League player, Andrew Dixon, who's doing his PhD with me.

So he's doing his PhD on the head impacts in rugby, at Rugby League, this one.

But the insights he can get by being a former player.
