And I remember him saying a really simple sentence to me.

He's like, what do you need from me to be successful?

And again, when I said that no one has ever, like Paulie did, take me to one side and give me a, this is what Munster means to us and the whole, you know, this is what it's all about.

I've not had a leader say that to me.

What do you need from me to be successful?

Immediately, no, I know I've got his support.

And it's a really simple question for a leader to ask one of his staff.

But for me, you know, I've got my little lion's reflective diary on beside him.

And I just wrote that down straight away.

And then we talked about, you know, what...

what I wanted to do, what I wanted to get out of it personally and professionally, and how he could support me to do that.

And that's just nutrition.

Can't imagine how he made the players feel, but he made me at that point feel so important to that team and that journey they were going on that, you know, you'd have done anything for him.

Sure at all.

Absolutely.

And with that then comes the trust that he has in you.

You know, you feel that trust.

You don't feel like, what do I need to do to please him?

Or, you know, you've got that autonomy to be yourself and to practice and to bring your ideas to the table.

So, you know, you would never feel that you couldn't come forward with an idea with him.
