So there's a melted butter in a pan, let it go foaming and then put in a slice of brack.
But the thing about brack is like you need butter on brack.
And like I always say as a guide, you should be able to see your teeth marks in the butter on brack.
That's how you know when you've enough butter on it.
Yeah, like butter, making butter.
So again, I think we're going to share the recipe today.
And that's actually Sally McKenna's recipe from Sally and John McKenna, the guides.
It's her recipe for butter and it's just making your own butter.
It sounds like a bit of a fluff, but it's gorgeous.
And you do get that byproduct of having buttermilk that you can then use in scones and things like that.
So making butter, it's just so simple.
It's literally over whipping cream.
And then you have to wash it and then you can flavour it.
But I love flavouring butters because you can use it for so much.
I love a citrus butter on a brack.
Yes, a little bit of orange zest and maybe a little bit of mixed spice into your butter and that to be able to put onto a brack is beautiful.

It's like, it's such a, it just reminds me of my mum actually, bread and butter pudding, because she always makes a good one.
But it's just so simple.
