Going to ground isn't a new thing, no.
Again, I learned it very early on.
The only time you go to ground when you're looking to block a shot that's on goal, or you're looking to, you know, last-ditch clearance, or you're on your backside to try and force a ball over the line to score a goal, the rest of the time stay on your feet.
You just don't go to ground in your box.
