Or maybe they did something worse. Yeah, true. You really were a good kid. Well, I don't know.

Well, don't forget it was the first child. Yeah. Your first child, you always do that with. I did the same thing. By the time the second one or the third one comes around, let them figure it out. Way more Lucy. Let them figure it out themselves.

We were much more lax with the boys than the girls. Which isn't really fair because I feel like they do worse stuff. They probably do, but we figure boys will be boys. Yeah, I don't love that saying. It's still the saying of the day. I don't think you can look at the way – you wouldn't discipline a girl the same way you would discipline a boy. I hate to say it. That's why we're just better.

I don't know if you're better. But there was an interesting thing on the program. I was listening to the other night on an Asian gentleman from China. was speaking about, you know, they used to have, they used to throw the women into the river. They only wanted, they were only allowed one child years and years ago. Well, that was because it was overpopulation, whatever the policy was.

And he was saying, you know, we have an interesting thing now. We used to only want sons. Now every family wants at least one daughter because we find when the parent gets ill, The one who cares for the parent is the girl child.

Not surprising. Which is really very, very true. There's always one child in every family that ends up taking over care of an elderly person. But in most cases, it is the woman. I mean, I'm sure there are exceptions.

I don't know what the answer is. It must be something that women are just more sympathetic.
