I found this to be really fascinating.
He would not yell at the person.
He would yell at either the person directly next to you or the person that was supposed to be supervising you.
I remember the first time it happened.
It is a double hit.
Because he's yelling.
He's making it very clear that you did something wrong.
So now you're at fault.
But he's pressing down the person next to you.
So now you feel bad for them.
Oh, my God.
It's like torturing a loved one.
He was a very sharp person that knew how to draw a metaphor, an analogy, and just pin it right in you.
At one point, I was shipping out in some basil, and I had more than I needed.
Not by a lot, but by a little bit.
And I wiped it off my cutting board into the trash can, and he happened to see it.
