I re read a quote by Elon Musk in the last couple of days and he said, The key to success in business is how much pain you can endure You know, and I thought that's a pretty good quote really. 'Ca uh th the the three years at at Blue Star, were they were they painful?

They sure were.

So I'd I'd this theory of um I would work really hard.

So I try not to do work on the weekends.

Um, just have some time off with children and wife and all those sort of things.

But on the weekday I used to make sure I was at the office at seven o'clock and I wouldn't leave 'til seven o'clock at night because that way I'd see whoever came in, anyone who was slacking, anyone who left early, you know, you k you knew everything.

So you sit in that office in Upper Queen Street and watch everyone come in, watch them leave.

And you lead by example too, and if you're leading by example, people don't want to be slackers either.

So I think it was r it was really hard work and quite hard to adjust to that because we lived on the shore, so to be at work at seven, you had to leave home at like six fifteen and you know, if you left at seven you weren't home 'til seven thirty or eight or something.

So they're really, really long days.

And then you know, to

We never had enough money because we had the speed wobbles permanently because we were growing really, really fast.

And the whole of that three three and a half years, we went from twelve million turnover to a billion dollars turnover.

And um we didn't have near enough working capital to support that.

Like n nowhere near enough.

We're just in trouble all permanently.

So you're working really hard.
