So we knew the ins and outs of it and we were really pushing Eric to do it.
And he it was actually the best acquisition we ever did.
Ah, but he w he was uncertain about it and didn't know if he wanted to do it.
You didn't see that you didn't see the uh Paul and I sold him pretty hard on that.
You know, it it it was a great business.
It was the it was the making of Blue Star buying that business.
Because we had a we had a cunning plan that no one else had.
Um, when we bought that business, there was quite a quite a few bidders for it, but we were the highest bidder.
But what what we knew is the there's a big rental stream there.
So, you know, if you capitalize up rental streams, you can turn it into a valuable asset.
And we had that mindset on it and really no one else did.
They were people who just thought, We'll rent the stuff and we'll service it and we'll answer the phone and but we thought, you know, we can take this thing that's being rented for a thousand dollars a week.
And if we lock that person in for three or four years, that's got a capital value and then we can go and borrow against that capital value.
