And we had a guy called John Ferniho um on the line who was the chairman of Direct Capital and he was chairman of I think Electricorp.

He was kind of big time businessman at that time.

And the guy we were dealing with in our office, we're saying, No, we're not doing the deal, we're not doing the deal.

And it it would have sent us broke not doing the deal for sure.

And Eric's just hanging out and he's just sitting there with his feet on the table like he hasn't got a care in the world.

I'm stressing out like nothing else.

Yeah, five minutes to midnight.

And then um this guy John Finney goes, he's just going, You're bluffing.

You're bluffing.

I know you're bluffing.

You've got to do it, you know.

No sane person wouldn't do it.
