So we were so Paul Smithies and I were up closing this deal.

And the deal was it was actually more than twenty six million.

So it was a twenty six million dollar deposit.

And then we had an earnout.

So we had to stay working in the business under contact's ownership and depending on how well we did, they topped up the purchase price.

So I think we ended up getting around seventy million for it in total.

So twenty six was the start.

But
