Well it's something I'd been thinking about for a long time because

You know, one of the most important things is a business, having enough capital to grow it.

And uh obviously when went through Blue Star not having enough capital and you you're always constrained by that.

But I always notice that banks, you know, when they lent to a listed company, it's not like in the private business you've got to put your house up for security and there's you never wanna lend you money.

But they in those days they used to just lend you money on like what they call a negative pledge.

So just say, Yeah, you're a public company, you're audited, we we trust you.

Um, we'll lend you the money.

We don't want any particular security other

Than the negative pledge.

And um you could just borrow money off them.

So I thought that's pretty cool.

I want to do that one day.

So that wa that was part of the reason.

And then the other part was you could raise capital of other people, sort of a mechanism to do that.

And then the third thing it was uh

Got your publicity.

So if you list a company, um, a lot of people hear about it and it goes on the Reuters screens all round the world.

So you know, just uh you just become an important company just straight away by virtue of listing.

So th those are all the thoughts going in.
