It's weird 'cause people think that you might have some big epiphany, but it didn't really happen, you know, it just sort of got better and
Yeah, the the worst thing about it is with bowel cancer, they give you an all clear after five years.
So they say if it's gonna come back, it's gonna come back within five years.
So you're sort of living possibly on borrowed time, you sort of don't know and you have to go the early days check up every three months and then every six months and by the time you get through the five years, I don't you don't even have checkups for it anymore.
So, you know, you just they see you as all clear.
But um yeah, thinking it's pretty stressful when you think, you know, I could go and get this C T scan and there it is raising its head again, you know.
And it ha happens a lot to people, so
Yes, terrible for them, but fortunately it wasn't didn't happen for me.
Yeah, so I used to do the chemo with people with bowel cancer and also people with breast pa breast cancer.
So Viv was one of the breast cancer people and she had that um HER2 positive, um, the one that her septum can cure.
And um we y it's a funny place to be 'cause there's all this sort of gallows humour, you know.
And we're all sitting there at the odds of surviving.
So they give you odds of surviving.
So with my chemo they said if you take this one you've got a fifty percent chance of taking of dying.
But if you take this one it's only a thirty percent chance of dying.
So I thought, Well, I'll I'll have all that, you know.
Everything I could.
