Just all smooshed together, like circling, I imagine, like, like Woodstock, just like all looking up and like bearing witness because I don't know how much this mythology matters, but, uh, regarding book 12, we learned that whoever is going to win the ascendancy of the gods there, but like floor 12 is supposed to be, I can't think I keep saying book 12, but I mean, floor 12.

Floor 12 is supposed to be these gods all competing to win the iron throne, essentially, of gods.

And this is a game that happens, and the crawlers are just kind of ignored.

The crawlers aren't a player, really, in this.

If they make it to the 12th floor, they're just hiding and trying to survive while the gods are doing their game.

So it turns out that if you want to win that final throne, there can't be any mortals around.

It's only gods.

And so Eris will fuck with shit and say, bear witness and force all the mortals around so that you can't quite end the game yet until she's done with her shenanigans here, which is why this exists.

Yep.

She's a goddess of chaos.

Kind of perfect.

So after, um, after they unfreeze from this, this thing, which should last about an hour, um, they need to get out of there as fast as they can.

And it's interesting that once again, the people that are safe from these things are the people that are inside.

It kind of reminds me of book one when the people that are safe from the chaos of the dungeon and the crawl are the ones that just got the mercy kill.

Yeah.

They were flattened.

Sure.

Inside of buildings.

Whoever's outside, it's not safe.

Just don't ever go outside.
