But the White Sox, what they've done, they're number four in Major League Baseball in home runs.
they've powered their way quite literally to relevance into the top of the division.
Colson Montgomery's not here.
He's a little more boomer bust with the bat, but for him at 23 years old, have 24 home runs and do what he's doing, it's pretty remarkable as well.
But yeah, I will say that it's been one of the most talked about things out here, one of the most talked about teams when I've talked to national folks and done some interviews for the Odyssey special that aired yesterday that you talked about.
One of the first teams that everybody mentioned is the White Sox.

is at stake here you know we're going to see potentially a manager inventable for the first time go from 100 losses in year one to a playoff spot in year two that's never happened before just to give you an idea of the precedent of what we're on the verge of maybe and the other thing is you know chris gets is the guy who was taking a lot of heat i don't need to tell you guys this but you know there were viral clips going around this off season about him talking about a player and does he know if he's a switch hitter or not there's a lot of questions about how they're
building up their operation, and he's answering questions about his job security.
And now he might be the executive of the year.
I mean, how quickly things change.
