And I you know shout out is to somebody like Nicola Tuthill in the Women's Hammer.

Now women's Hammer uh is you know obviously an event where we actually have had excellence in the past.

Uh and in the in the in the two thousand and seven uh World Championships we claimed a sixth place finish and uh you know it there it there is a

Broader spectrum of events.

That's the most important thing.

And the build is in the right direction.

And you know, a shout-out, just one thing about Kate O'Connor as well.

She's got a target on her back now.

She's no longer the athlete that's coming through.

She is one of those athletes that uh the others are are saying, gosh, you know, she's so good.

But that target brings pressure, and from Kate O'Connor's point of view, she has to deal with that, and that is a huge element.

But she's not afraid from facing up to a chance.

She's talked about the plan for LA and uh this campaign she had was far from perfect because her shot put was only barely average.

So there's improvement and there's lots of improvement to be made.

She said personal best in three events, she equaled a personal best in another, but y'all all the time she's improving off a very, very high base.

These personal bests are now all very, very good apart from possibly her shot put.

And her two hundred meters can do with some improvement and uh

And that's what she has to focus on.

Marginal improvements in all seven events.

And she can go on, I think go to LA as a serious gold medal hope.
