He's a veteran receiver who knows how to play.

He'll know how to get into the soft spots versus zone.

He's just a solid addition.

Well, AJ Brown is a true boundary X, uh, meaning the single receiver to the short side of the field.

There's not that many of those guys in the NFL.

The blueprint for those guys would probably be George Pickens and Nico Collins, but AJ Brown fits into that category as well.

To the short side, that receiver gets a lot of one-on-one coverage, man-to-man coverage.

And you want him to be able to win.

AJ Brown has shown the ability to do that in his career.

And there's no question that the Patriots, as good as Drake May was last year, they didn't have that kind of receiver.

So that kind of receiver does nothing but help your offense.
