A lot of these coaches do.

They learn a lot of different positions.

Tight end coaches are trying to learn offensive line play and that kind of stuff, and then they get elevated to that position.

The great thing I will say is that

This is the second wave of coaches now that are coming through.

Second wave, I should probably say the 50th wave of coaches that are coming through.

And all these guys that are in their 30s and 40s that are getting their opportunities.

Now a guy in his late 50s is Todd Munkin.

He will be the new head coach of the Cleveland Browns.

A couple quick ones.

So when teams hire different guys, it's kind of like, hey, get to know this guy.

So the Chargers did that with Mike McDaniel.

And there were a couple of interesting things they put out.

It was ask the coach, and he would read a question and give you an answer.

So a couple that I found interesting was about his education.
