And the reason I mention this, we used to think the way to build a safe car was to put more steel in it and make it more and more rigid.

And what we discovered was crumple zones, right?

By making it more flexible, it could be safer.

And it's the same with our energy system, whether it be the expense of the UK or

Or, you know, the sort of supply resilience that we saw in Spain and Portugal.

Flexibility is everything.

I mentioned the internet.

We both mentioned it.

It is successful because it is decentralized and flexible.

And that's what we need to build with our grids.

And if we understand our customers, we can offer them products and services that are much, much cheaper than trying to keep building more and more rigidity.

Right.

Why an octopus?

I tell you what, we were originally going to be called Positive Energy.

We had a great logo, by the way.

I loved it.

We loved it, whatever your reaction.

Anyway, our first investor was called Octopus Investments.

And they agreed to invest an awful lot of money to build our big idea.
