Again, I don't know the answer to that.
Some portion of the population just wants to keep their head down regardless of what happens.
Others might be willing to rise up.
There's just such uncertainty, and especially in a country where you don't have foreign journalists or Westerners, so you just don't have a lot of access to.
So it's hard to know.
And you hear a voice, and is that representative of a broad...
swath of the population or is that just that one individual?
So I find this moment hard to gauge in a country and also a country where you can't just walk the streets and talk to people and have routine conversations to try to figure out exactly where the 90 million people
