Well, I mean, it would be good for all the portals also, not just Zillow, but yeah.

Well, that's essentially IDX, right?

That's what IDX is about, right?

I think the way it's going to play out here is I think Zillow is going to be able to continue doing what they're doing in Emirates, right?

Showing all the listings.

I think they're going to win, quote unquote, this thing of that, right?

But I do think that – I don't think MLSs are going to succumb to Zillow.

They're going to be writing all the rules.

I think the next wave is going to be this redefining a participant.

I think it will be the next wave.

That's possible.

And then the thing for Compass to me is – and I wrote, as I told you before, a rather Rob Hahn-length piece on what I would do if I was Refkin, right?

Yeah.

Because to me, strategy number one was, you know, we were a tech company, right?

And it's like, we're not a brokerage.

We're a tech company.

But Wall Street said, nah.

Now, you know, your brokerage.

And to be fair, Gary Keller and some other people were saying the same thing.

Then strategy number two was basically listing differentiation, right?
