That is this whole thing we talk about of really what a real estate agent should be, what NAR should have done, right?

And kind of listen to Wall Street, right?
Which is, yeah, they're a brokerage.
They're the best fucking damn brokerage in the fucking country.
Right.
And they're not realtors.
Okay.
Well, I mean it's something you have to like have a – something to press against, something – you have to have a perceived enemy to show you what you are not, right?
I mean in order to make you think your argument and marketing.
Perceived enemy is Zillow.
The thing is Zillow – and I remember this very clearly.
I think it was somebody at Realtor.com told me.
They did a study and they asked people why they preferred Zillow over Realtor.com.
The reason is they said, well, Zillow doesn't have any realtors on there.
