But again, the instruction is the guy who's near the play is the guy in control.
It's only you're supposed to step in if it was just blatantly missed.
Or you were blindsided by three or four guys in front of you and you just didn't see it.
Yeah, I mean, we rank the games.
That actually happens.
But we do spread experience within experience.
Our umpiring list is like a footy list.
We've got really experienced umpires at the top end, you know, Stevik, Rosebury, Meredith, Nichols, there's a whole bunch.
We've got some guys who are approaching their, you know, between 50, 100, and we've probably got about 10 that are anywhere between 0 and 20.
So that's what we have.
We're like a footy list.
So we have to get games into the zeros and 20s, and obviously we try and mix them in with the experienced guys and girls and do it that way.
So that's a constant thing.
