So again they had to work out how to get how to get out of that.

And I think the biggest change that's come with this team

Is that they know how to deal with pressure in a way that they didn't under the previous regime because they've got an understanding of who they are, who they're playing for.

You know, they've got an understanding of what they do when they feel pressure, which is a really big thing for them.

And and they've got a leadership group that's been empowered and taken ownership of the team.

So you go back to the best Oblex teams, and that was, you know, two of two thousand and five, three to two, two thousand and fifteen.

A couple of guys that were here earlier, Richie McCaw, Dan Carter, they owned that team.

Guys like Conrad Smith, Maanonu, C um Tony Woodcock, Kevin Mirlama who's here as well, they own that team and they own the decision making, they own responsibility.

And that is what they're trying to do here with this team.

That's why Graham Henry's here, why uh Gilbert Anoka's here, trying to get them to say, Hey, you make we don't play the game for you.

We we you know we've got to facilitate you to take ownership of this team on Saturday because you make all the decisions out there.

And yeah, you cannot credit them enough for finding a way.

And it is finding a way.

Yeah, well look look it look it has to be.

I mean I don't want to stand here and denigrate the previous regime, but clearly there were problems with it.

Uh, how deeply they ran was starting to get a sense because a team in 2024 that came here that were 10 points up with 10 minutes to go got beaten comfortably.

They fell apart in the last 10 minutes.
