And during that time, they have visions.
And when they come back, when they regain consciousness, they speak with people, with shamans, with others, and they start to sing the songs that were revealed to them in this dance.
So this is very much a religion that is adaptive at that moment.
The songs that people are singing are changing.
It differs from tribe to tribe, but that's kind of the core ceremonial there.
And the idea is that if this is carried out, that you will hasten or bring on this transformation.
