I like being on my own schedule and being part of an organization, front office, or just even being a coach.
I mean, that's about 10, 12 hours a day.
I like just doing what I do.
I like working three, four, five hours a day and then being able to do whatever else I want to do.

You make sure you do sprints every day.
Not every day, but majority of the days, about three, four times a week.
It makes you feel jacked when you're done.
It releases human growth hormone after you run about six 30-yard sprints full speed, and that's all you need.
About three minutes in between, it just loosens up the body, and you feel good after you feel jacked.

That's why I actually was running backwards right before I came on the show because he was knocking at the door.
