You want to sort of have the distributed innovation, right?
And then once you have projects at work, pick the winners and and start rolling them out across your organization and starting to standardize on them.
That way you get really great software.
I think it's exactly the right way to look at this.
I mean, today if you take an iPhone and take a photo with an iPhone, you you have probably ten to twenty models running on your iPhone, you know, that'll do everything from detecting faces and, you know, adjusting lighting, adjusting exposure, and so many of these things.
And I think this is the right way to think about that.
tomorrow, which part of your software business use a database?
Well all of them do, right?
Which of them will use a model?
All of them will do.
Which one?
That gets a lot more complicated and how and there's so many things you can do well or badly.
But this is a new fundamental building block, which will be ubiquitous.
And therefore you need to really enable everybody to develop this across the organization.
I think one thing you can do is encourage use for
Just outside of software and just for productivity in the organization, right?
If you can have something like a chat GPT, right, and make that available to employees.
It could be an internal Lama deployment or whatever it is, whereas they say, Look, uh, whenever you write text, you know, here's a tool you can now use.
So you that it's nicely integrated.
If you have documents you wanna analyze, use them.
