So the work on the detail from everyone is just outstanding.
And he's got this sense of responsibility towards the job that he's been given.
That comes from his parents.

I hate one thing, though, the fact that he's been linked to the Europa League as he is.
Okay, he's won it five times in history, but it's like a Europa League manager.
And people have to understand that he's won the Europa League, which meant punching out all the weight or meeting the targets or, you know, being extraordinary seasons because he was in clubs where in the radar, he was the Europa League.
He wasn't the Champions League.
He wasn't winning the league.
He was the Europa League.
When he goes to clubs that historically they might have won the league, but they don't have the money,
and the radar is the Europa League, I'm thinking Arsenal, he gives them the Europa League, takes them to the final, goes to PSG, wins the league, and then he meets Barcelona and Madrid, the best Barcelona and Madrid in history, perhaps.
And then, you know, he gets beaten a long way to continue that.
But to call him just a Europa League manager is to diminish the fact that he punches the ball his way wherever he goes.
