who has been now with Luis Enrique for a few years, but he's always there.
He's always there, he listens, he talks to people, he observes a lot.
And Luis Enrique says, I could not do this without him.
They talk a lot.
It's not like, let's sit down on the sofa, I don't know, is it sofas?
You know, you lay down like in the movies.
But it is like, I think Luis Enrique needs to have the right people next to him, whether it's Rafael Paul, whether it's Joaquin, those people, because all of them will bring something to him that he needs to succeed and to perform well.
He's got Albert, who is his first assistant, really, and Aga behind him, I think, who's brought a lot since he arrived last summer.
But the way it feels to me is Mikel is still very much at the start of this whole story, right?
I know it's been six and a half years or six and something years at Arsenal, but he's still working out things.
And the point that they have in common at the moment for now, and they will have forever, outside of the energy and the intensity that they have, and they're both quite intense, they just inspire people, everyone.
Not just the players in the dressing room, whatever way they do it, but people around the club.
People that they would meet in a very friendly environment, like Guillem and them, for example, but also if you introduce them to, I don't know, a club sponsor or somebody else from UFR.
They have that kind of magnetism with everybody that you talk to.
And I think that is very special in itself because especially when you have a job like they both had to do, and I know they're similar jobs, different but both similar, but for Mikel to have to rebuild this culture and this connection between the club and the fans, but even within people within the club too,
you need to be inspiring because otherwise people don't follow you.
And for Luis Enrique, just before Guillaume goes, for Luis Enrique it's different because PSG had tried everything and nothing had worked.
They came close to the Champions League and the two-hole, but it didn't work.
Something was missing.
And then for Luis Enrique to run and say, okay, we can do it, but this is how we have to do it.
