We're seeing the average size or the number of contracts available to trade at, at the best available buy or sell prices declining.
Well, higher volatility does make it more challenging for traders to price risk and to put out buy or sell quotes for different assets.
But really, investors say that this began almost a decade ago when post-financial crisis regulation prevented banks from trading for themselves.
