And uh may I ask what has motivated you to venture into the region and more importantly with your impressions, how you would describe the region from a business perspective, now the Western Balkans, sir.

How would you then uh let me say uh describe the region in a little bit more analytical way?
Because there is still sometimes a notion of backwardness, yeah, in at least parts of Western Europe when we talk about Western Balkans, but Central Eastern Europe as a whole, yeah.
So what do people maybe misunderstand also about the region and our markets there?

Yeah, given all this level of complexity uh you mentioned, um where do you see then opportunities to improve or evolve our product offering?
Yeah, to to manage this complexity in terms of the client perspective.
So you manage the competitive landscape in the in the retail banking.
Um about the wholesale banking.
What are the key innovation trends you are seeing uh related to technology and beyond that or where you would be investing in, so to speak, on the wholesale side?
