You work at Blue Dot Impact.
Maybe give a bit of an introduction to your work there.
So how would you say your concerns and the concerns of Blue Dot Impact have changed over time here?
What were you concerned about in the beginning and what are you concerned about now?
The third is with like... On the second one, how is this different from hiring a bunch of people to carry out these cyber attacks?
What is the additional advantage from the perspective of the people perpetrating these attacks?
Yes, I'm wondering if it's mostly a speed advantage or if it's a cost advantage where we are lowering the cost of carrying out cyber attacks or we are enabling these cyber attacks to happen so quickly in a way that they couldn't before.
Yeah, I'm more hopeful if it's mostly a matter of cost, because if the defenders can also say large corporations or large nation states are often able to outcompete sort of smaller actors when it comes to just spending a bunch of money on security.
And if that's the main advantage of using AI agents for hacking, then it seems like the current balance will hold.
But if it's the case that AI agents can move much quicker in a way that's more difficult to defend against, even with your own agents, then maybe the picture changes.
What's your sense there?
patching together different vulnerabilities is like a task that AI agents would be pretty well suited for solving.
It seems like they would be good at writing a code or sort of glue code that makes the pieces fit together.
And so that makes me a bit more worried now that you're describing the problem like you are.
Do you think AI agents are especially good at that?
