Well, I can tell you what the organization definitely thinks.

And they think that it's the right guy.

for where the organization is right now.

And, you know, there was one thing you constantly heard about on Tuesday, that's the word alignment from top to bottom.

And that was Joe Dumar say, look, we're going to get somebody that thinks like us, goes about his day like us, and was, I guess, very specific in describing the

some of the interview process, like he wants to know, Hey, how do you conduct your process?

How do you practice it?

How do you, you know, go about your day?

How, how do you do your, your office stuff?

Like everything he kind of wanted to know.

And it's all based on alignment.

And what I mean by that is kind of lockstep and key messaging from top to bottom on how he wants the team to be, how the players to act everything.

And, and,

I don't know if it was kind of part of the thing, but look, over there I can tell you in that building, which shares a parking lot with the Saints, at the press conference, there's Kellen Moore, Saints head coach, with Mickey Loomis, Saints general manager, next to each other.

So I think not that he didn't have that perhaps with whether it was Willie Green or head coach James Borrego.

I think since this is his hire for his coach, that's what he specifically wanted.

with what he wants to build moving forward with this team, if that makes any sense to you.

But that was kind of the main thing that he put.

This is a guy that they wanted with about 10 candidates that he looked to talk to, and this is the one that he chose.
