What's the value in all of this?
I mean, I don't have all those facts and figures, as most of us citizens won't have all that type of stuff.
But the thing is, what's the value in all this, in moving people around from there?
They've emptied offices all over the city, our government, and indeed all over the country.
So, I mean, it's just a vanity project, and it's a waste of 200 to 500 million euros.
Well, there's no problem wasting money at the moment.
Anyway, they seem to do it all over the place.
I live in Malahide, and Malahide Castle, I have to mention this,
has been destroyed.
It is being destroyed.
The whole woodlands and the parklands have been taken over by a private American company, a multi-billion company that runs everything in the town now, including the casino, which was bought with public money.
And Fingal County Council do nothing with it.
It's a mess to me all over.
They reflect on each other as Malahide Castle.
Well, do you not think, I'm listening to a lot of your people there and I'm getting the same feedback, I am anyway, that most people that I'm listening to online are saying to you that they would like to see it as a national monument.
It is a focal point.
I travel Europe quite a lot on motorhome and I go to a lot of places, France in particular, and
I can tell you, in every town and every city, they have their buildings.
They're preserved.
They're preserved, like churches, the state buildings.
