Yeah, I teach at the end of August, right before the fall term.
And I also teach, now I also teach at Harvard Medical School.
So I teach a class that's kind of the opposite.
So my class at Columbia Business School is mostly teaching healthcare and digital health to business students.
But at Harvard Medical School, which is, it's a graduate course for clinicians in leadership, I basically teach them the opposite.
So like they come with deep clinical expertise and then kind of like get them up to speed on startups.
So it's fun.
Yeah.
It's actually the direct opposite of tech.
So someone comes from tech.
They understand the world of possible solutions from a tech standpoint, but they don't necessarily...
understand the problem as intimately as they need to.
Whereas on the clinician side, they will know the problem better than anyone else, but they don't necessarily have an idea of the possible universe of solutions.
And so they just don't know where to start a lot of times, or they pick something that they think sounds like a good solution and are so wedded to it versus...
Recognizing that not only is there a universe of solutions that might be right, but that will probably change.
And you want to iterate and test new things out and build with the feedback that you're getting in mind.
So actually a lot of, you know, cross-discipline teams, I think, work the best because you kind of bring both of those worlds together.
You have, you know, one who's really good at product and users, studying users and getting that feedback.
And then you have the one that kind of intimately understands the problem set.
