And healthcare is not immune to that.

And I don't think that we should expect people to not try just because it's more likely to fail than succeed.

I think it's all about trying.

And I think we actually in our industry need more

Openness and conversations about why things didn't work out and not carrying around shame, because I would personally rather see people try than not try.

And also and I give the stat in the book, but there was some really compelling research that shows that founders who start companies that don't work out end up after the company better off than their peers who didn't even try because.

future employers value that experience no matter what.

And so they end up in with higher titles and higher salaries.

So if you're even worried about failure, like you're actually going to be fine.

I think obviously not if it's a catastrophic failure, if you're, you know, in trouble with the law, but if you can get an honest shot and you learn something like that is valuable.

So I think that finding founders who are really hungry for

to make change, if they come to the problem with like genuine curiosity and compassion for the stakeholders.

And then, you know, you heard me talk about this so much in the book, but I call it like you have to become an anthropologist of healthcare, at least in the corner of healthcare that you are trying to change and just be so close to the problem.

The proximity really matters.

And you're not building it from the outside and expecting people to just like

follow your lead, you're building it with your stakeholders.

And that type of founder is always more successful.

And those are the types of founders that I try to work with.
