then um it tells your skin to do a lot of stuff like we have receptors for vitamins in our bodies that they know what to do with it so it helps um with texture and you can see like people that are older but they've been using like vitamin a's for a long time it just kind of preserves what you have so you know you start in your late 20s maybe and by the time you're 40 you're getting
Age 27 allegations, hopefully.

Vitamin C. People love it.
It's very well researched.
But I find that one is a bit spicy for me, you know?
Like I've just never really been able to tolerate it except for the really expensive SkinCeuticals ones.
which like sure if I'm feeling like rich one day but I don't know that that's sustainable long term but it's so nice
Oh, okay.
So physical is like you could do it with a towel by just scrubbing too hard.
So you're just like physically getting the dead skin off.
Don't scrub too hard though.
And chemical is like they melt the bonds between the dead skin cells because a lot of people's they don't shed so normally they can be a bit sticky.
So it helps to encourage them.
