But the thing is your skin barrier is made up of like, I guess, oils, lipids, ceramides, cholesterol, but also a layer of dead skin cells.
And that's why we don't want to go too hard either way because you need some of the dead skin cells.
But I find physical ones, it's a bit easy to get carried away and scrub too hard.
So my preference is always, even for body, a chemical one because I just find them more predictable.

So with the sunscreen gate of it all, you know, and a lot of mineral ones got,
pulled and it's because like the way the mineral uv filters they like to clump and so they don't form an even protection and you know like if there's holes in your protective film it's not going to protect as well because you can get like little spots so there's that um some are great though um there's like a handful of mineral ones that i like but in general i hate the metal smell that they make when the sun hits it was just like a petty gripe but
