And that was my experience.

I actually got the tandem with my boyfriend before I moved in with him.

So yeah, it definitely brought us closer together.

This was my solo mission for sure.

Well, not solo, but not on my own bicycle.

Yeah.

On a standard half bike.

It was around the 30 mark.

I work at a university in the Office of Admissions, and our cycle, it's a lot lighter workload in the summer, and I coordinate the visits for prospective students.

There's a second visit coordinator who does my same role, and we are able to take turns during the summer.

So I didn't have any work to think about.

When I did come back to work, there was no backlog of things to take care of.

I really just got to focus on...

eat, sleep, ride my bicycle.

And everything was covered under PTO, which is like, I might not make a lot of money in my role, but I get a lot of time off.

And so that's why, yeah, I'm a big proponent of, you know, if you can't do work that you're passionate about, like do a job that at least frees up your time to do the things that you want to do.

I've done...

Three, 300 milers where you do the overnight sleep deprivation thing.

So far, I hadn't had anything go really wrong with them.
